The HP Better Together Winner Is…

September 4, 2009  |  Gadgets

hp-dv6First of all, thanks so much to all those who entered the contest we’ve been running here over the last several days. There were over 1,000 entries, with tons of funny jokes, rude names, and all manner of extra awesomeness.

I’ll be posting some of the best info, both answers to the questions (thing you wish your computer would do, application you wish existed) as well as some of the funniest jokes you told (there were a TON of good ones), on the companion site to The 2.0 Life, The 2.0 Life+.

Unfortunately, however, I can only pick one winner. And that winner is, drumroll please:

Anne Negus of Des Moines, IA!

Anne has won the HP dv6 computer, the HP Mini 110 netbook, the Timbuk2 Hemlock bag, and the awesome Syncables software. It’s exciting stuff.

For all those who didn’t win, I’m sorry! We’ll be having many more giveaways in the not-so-distant future, so make sure you stay tuned, either through Twitter or by subscribing to the RSS feed.

And, if you didn’t win here, there are still plenty of chances to win the great bundle! A similar contest, for the same package, is running over at Zen College Life right now, and there are more sites to come. Here are the contests yet to run:

Good luck to all of you, and stay tuned for more fun and giveaways from The 2.0 Life!

And now, we return to the regularly scheduled programming – thriving in this crazy, computer-savvy, digital world we live in.
